For the Allianz Vertical Run, an uphill race held at the Allianz Tower in Milan, we created a logo that celebrates the upward movement of the athletes and the iconic nature of Italy's tallest skyscraper by number of floors.
The vertical design offers a dual interpretation: an arrow pointing upwards, symbolizing progress and challenge, and a stylized representation of the Tower's profile, with the building’s floors echoed in the same graphic elements. Part of the Vertical World Circuit, the race involves climbing 49 floors, 1,027 steps, and an elevation gain of 200 meters.
Among the records, standout performances include those of Polish athlete Piotr Lobodzinski (5'16") and Australian Suzy Walsham (6'12"), highlighting the athletic excellence and competitive spirit that define this unique event in the urban Milanese context.
